    This past week, I’ve been dealing with an infection. While I have things I am taking internally and making sure I get plenty of sleep and rest, I also wanted to tailor my meditation time to help my body heal. Healing meditations can be an amazing compliment and help to your body while healing from infections and viruses.     Remember: every yoga nidra session is different and there really isn’t an absolutely ‘right’ way to do it. So, what is Yoga Nidra? Yoga nidra isn’t what you’d expect when you hear the word “yoga”. You aren’t going to be physically moving your body in different positions or really being active in any sort of way.
